Returns

Important notice: we will not be able to offer any refunds for products that have been used and/or opened, please see details below:

FOR NON-FAULTY GOODS:

If you would like to return non-faulty goods to us, you must give us Email notice within 7 days after the goods are delivered to you. The goods must be in its original condition including all accessories and packaging when you return them. We will NOT be able to refund your order if the product and/or the packaging has been opened and/or used. 

Please send us your request with the subject “Returning non-faulty goods for a refund/replacement” to info@e-refills.co.uk. Please include the invoice number, the products you want to return and the reasons for the return.

Once we received your request, we will then issue you a return number, which you will need to write on the envelope when returning our products. Please note that you will need to return the entire order to us at your own cost by a secure means to ensure it reaches us in its original condition.

Once we received your returned order, we will issue you a full refund on the returned products.

We will not be responsible for the returned products until we receive the goods and will not be responsible if the products are damaged or lost in post. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges associated with returning an item. Items do NOT qualify to be returned or refunded if they have been accidentally damaged.

 

FOR FAULTY GOODS:

Quality control is a top priority at E-Refills and we take any faulty goods very seriously. We endeavour to avoid any of our products being faulty.

In the event of receiving a faulty product from E-Refills, please kindly write an email as soon as possible to info@e-refills.co.ukIn order for us to proceed as quickly as possible, please write “FAULTY GOODS” in the subject of the email and include your invoice number, date of purchase and the faulty product name in your Email. 

Our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible and will guide you through the next steps.

In order to be eligible for replacements, you must report to us the problem within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Please note that we will not be able to refund opened/used products, but we will be able to replace it upon confirming they are indeed faulty and the case was reported to us within 30 days after the date of purchase.
